Cornerstone H20™ has been in business since 2016, but our company has been providing water treatment solutions to the Georgia territory for over 40 years. Originally formed as the Georgia office of The Eshelman Company, Cornerstone H20™ strives to be the most valuable partner in water treatment. To our customers, this means providing top quality treatment solutions that save them money and are simple to operate and maintain. To our suppliers, this means generating quality business, protecting their time and resources, and supporting them in every possible way as we promote their solutions in our territory which has now expanded to include Florida, Tennessee, and Alabama. Christopher S. Keever
Chris Keever is the co-founder of Cornerstone H2O™, a manufacturer’s rep firm in the southeastern U.S. Throughout his ~25 years in the water treatment industry, he has grown businesses, pioneered new technology, established life-long relationships, and endeavored to do things right and with the purpose of generating great value.
Prior to Cornerstone H2O™, Chris worked as a Sales Associate for The Eshelman Company, a manufacturer’s rep firm in the southeast, and President of Orica Watercare Inc., a manufacturer of specialty ion exchange solutions based in Colorado. He graduated from the Virginia Military Institute where he played football and graduated with a degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Andrea Schmid
Andrea Schmid has been with the Cornerstone H2O™/Eshelman team since January 2015 and is our Vice President of Operations and a partner in our firm. She coordinates our Operations and handles both our inside sales efforts and some process sales. She works closely with our suppliers in marketing their products and assists with contract administration and project management in addition to many other support functions.
Prior to Cornerstone H2O™, Andrea worked in the plastics and automotive industries as a manufacturing and design engineer in the late 1980’s and 1990’s. Her specialty was in process improvement and cost reduction. She left the corporate world to raise her children and spent 17 years as a stay-home mother, and a volunteer in the schools, community and her church. She has a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University (1989. ) Later she earned an MBA with a finance emphasis from Georgia State University in 1998 and has a Certificate in Contract Management from UCLA.

Lee Pope
Lee started his career at the City of Covington, GA in 1994 as an entry level operator. He soon obtained his Class I Operator license and was promoted to Chief Operator of both water treatment plants before leaving in 2002.
He then worked at Rockdale County, GA as Class I Operator and became Rockdale’s first Water Plant Manager when the county achieved water independence in June of 2002. For over 11 years he worked for Rockdale Water Resources where his position included oversight of Rockdale Water Resources permit compliance as well as oversight of the Water Shed monitoring program.
Most recently, Lee was the Director of the Fayette County Water System. While at Fayette County he worked to modernize the Fayette County Water System’s treatment methods. He invested more than $8 million in improving plant operations that provide operators the necessary tools to deliver the best possible potable water. He took the necessary steps to improve water efficiency at both water treatment plants by implementing state of the art technologies. Lee continued to take steps that will improve the delivery of services to all customers as the Fayette County Water System moved into the future.
In May of 2019 he decided to leave Utility Management and soon after joined the team at Cornerstone H2O. Here Lee hopes to take his expertise and help other utilities make important decisions as they prepare their Water and Wastewater systems for the future.

Josh Stanford started with Cornerstone H2O in the Spring of 2021 as a Process Sales Associate. He is responsible for covering the municipal market in South Georgia and North Florida for end-users and engineers. Starting his career as an Applications Engineer with a pump manufacturer where he spent seven years, Josh now has over 13 years of experience in the water and wastewater industry. For the last six years, he has been a manufacturer’s representative covering South Georgia for pumps and process equipment.
Josh is married to his wife Casey and they have three children. When he isn’t working, he enjoys spending time with his family, either at one of his kid’s baseball games, ballet performances or taking his boys deer and turkey hunting. He also enjoys working in the children’s ministry at his church and taking teenagers to camp in the summer.

Andy Bramlett is the Division Leader for Cornerstone Mechanical. He has 20 years of experience in the Water Treatment Industry. Throughout his career he has specialized in helping municipalities keep their equipment running reliably. He is an industry leader in the repair and replacement of water treatment equipment using the most innovative technologies. He is focused on making sure his customers have the right equipment for the right applications.
He began his career as a Mechanical Sealing & Coating Specialist with the A.W. Chesterton Company where he implemented programs that helped clients to drastically reduce their water usage as well as assisted them in their fight against the corrosion of equipment and surfaces due to abrasion or chemical attack. Furthering his career, Andy moved on to work as a Sales Engineer for GWI. There he used his comprehensive relationships to help his customers with major mechanical repairs of process equipment focusing on Pumping Systems. Andy also has a proven track record helping Municipalities with both day to day and preventative maintenance.
Now for, Cornerstone Mechanical and in conjunction with Cornerstone H2O, he will be dedicated to ensuring all municipal customers have the most reliable, well maintained systems that are available to the Water Treatment Industry today.

Shawn Luton
Shawn is responsible for the promotion and sales of Cornerstone’s process equipment lines within the Metro Atlanta municipal water/wastewater markets. He has extensive experience in both the wastewater and stormwater industries, having spent the past 25+ years working for various manufacturing companies in numerous capacities, including application engineering, procurement management, product management, and both regional and corporate sales management leadership positions. He was most recently the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for NClear, an innovative chemical and process equipment manufacturing company based in Atlanta.
He began his career working in the stormwater hydraulics section for the Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT), followed by several years in the private consulting engineering field. Shawn graduated at the top of his class with a BS in Civil Engineering Technology from Georgia Southern University, obtained his Engineer-In-Training Certificate and in 2001, completed an Executive Business Management Program at Vanderbilt University. Shawn has served on several industry board associations and is an active member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), including the Environmental & Water Resources Institute (EWRI).

Mike Williams started with Cornerstone H2O in Spring of 2024. He is responsible for covering municipal markets in Florida from the Tampa Bay area southward. Mike joined the Cornerstone team with 15 years of experience working for water and wastewater manufacturers with a primary focus on headworks and solids dewatering. During that time, he acted in management roles ranging from sales through project management, engineering, and service.
Mike is a native Floridian who is married with 5 kids in the Bradenton area. In his free time, he enjoys playing pickleball and golf.

Josh joined Cornerstone in March of 2024 and is covering the municipal market of Metro Atlanta and Industrial Customers. Josh joined the team after spending 20+ years as a consultant in the water and wastewater industry. Josh is a licensed professional civil engineer and brings extensive knowledge in pumping, hydraulics, wastewater and water treatment. Throughout his career, Mr. Petersen was responsible for designing & managing multiple small and large pumping systems and treatment plants ranging from 0.1 to over 100 MGD across the Southeast.
Josh graduated from Auburn University where he met his wife, Jessica. They have two children, Andrew and Amelia, and live in Gwinnett County. In his spare time Josh enjoys the outdoors, golf, pickleball and attending his kids' sporting events.

She is responsible for helping in the smooth running of the internal operations of Cornerstone H2O and Cornerstone Mechanical. Before coming to Cornerstone, Jessie worked in the construction field for the past 7 years, where she did everything from supporting supervisors to data entry to bookkeeping and payroll. Her attention to detail and focus on her support functions, along with a willingness to learn, are what make her a great asset to our firm.
Jessie is married to her husband Dustin, and they have 2 kids together. Jessie loves to be outdoors. In her spare time, she enjoys going camping, going out on the lake on the boat, riding ATVs, kayaking, playing cornhole, grilling out, bonfires, and hanging out with family.

Grayson Keever
Grayson Keever is an Operations and Project Coordinator of Cornerstone H2O™. He is responsible for the systemization of business operations, implementing controls for process improvement, project management, and other administrative tasks. Highly motivated and a up for a challenge, Grayson has developed a passion for the Water and Wastewater industry.
His interests are technology, fishing, hunting, the Army, and learning new things. He received a B.S.B.A. from Samford University in Finance and Professional Sales, and is an Engineer Officer in the Army National Guard.
