Cornerstone H2O is excited to announce the first Ozzy Cup screen installation in the United States in Coweta County, Georgia. This screen provides the Ovivo quality and proprietary panel design of the large drum screens with an in-channel option that is smaller and very affordable. This screen is built with apertures from 6 mm all the way down to 0.5 mm, and is available for retrofit into existing channels up to 5 feet deep. It has the ability to remove triple the screenings of other screens with the same aperture size and is always easily and completely cleaned. This screen continues Ovivo's uniquely operator-friendly approach to headworks screening as all moving parts are out of the water. The Ozzy Cup screen is built to last decades!
Through a design build process, Macon Water Authority, researched, qualified, and piloted multiple dewatering technologies, and chose the Fournier Rotary Press to be installed in their Lower Poplar and Rocky Creek wastewater facilities. They will have a total of seven, 8-channel Fournier Rotary Presses installed and operating between the two facilities by mid 2019. Cornerstone H2O's growing expertise in dewatering was instrumental in the technology selection phase of this project, and we have several other dewatering solutions, as well, that can be a good fit for any application.
